What is the email Validation Code and how do I validate my account?

For security reasons, we will send you a welcome email containing a validation link that you must click on to fully activate your account. This will then verify that the email address you provided when you registered is truly your email address. A valid email address is required to make a cash withdrawal.

Are there any costs or fees for using the Cashier System?

No. The cashier system does not charge for using the system and you won’t be charged for adding money to, or cashing out from, your account. However, some fees may be charged by your credit card company or bank, depending on how you want to send or receive money. Or, if you request a cash withdrawal and want us to wire you the money, you will be charged a wire fee by your bank and by us, depending on the amount of transfer. Which currencies does the ProVault Cashier System use?

The ProVault Cashier System transacts in US dollars and UK Pound Sterling only for UK residents. Your account is currency locked, depending on your country of origin. Therefore, your account will be managed with a single currency.

How do I get an account statement of my financial transactions and game results?

To receive a list of all your financial transactions with the ProVault Cashier system, please log in to BabyBoomer-Trivia, click on the Cashier tab at the bottom left hand corner of the page. Choose the Reports tab in the ProVault Cashier top menu and select Transactions History on the left submenu. After setting the report filters with the information you need, click the Generate button to produce the report.

Depositing money to your account

How do I add money to my account?

Log in to the service and click on the Cashier tab or Deposit link in the Balance box. If you are on a Cashier page other than the Deposit page, click the Deposit tab located on the top menu. Choose your payment method on the left submenu and fill in the details in the deposit submission form. Each method varies in procedure, transfer time, and fees. For a list of payment methods, transfer times and fees, see the Deposit Options.

Once we receive confirmation of the money transfer, the amount will be deposited into your account and reflected in your account balance.

We will email you a receipt of each deposit and withdrawal you make. Please keep these receipts for your records. Each receipt will detail the amount charged, how it will appear on your bank statement and any bonus amounts that were added to your account balance with the promotion that they were awarded for.

For your convenience we keep some of the details provided to be automatically filled in on future transactions. For security reasons we make no record of your full credit card number. Only the 4 last digits are kept for reference.

Reversing a Withdrawal

If you have one or more withdrawal requests pending, you can reverse the request, reinstating the withdrawn amount to your account balance. You can still make a deposit to an account with pending withdrawal requests.

To reverse a pending withdrawal request click the cashier tab to the bottom left of the screen. Click the ‘Reverse’ link in the ProVault cashier’s welcome page, a Transactions Report will be produced showing all your pending withdrawal requests. To reverse any, simply click the reverse button on the right end of the transaction line.

You can produce Transaction Reports by clicking the Report tab on the top menu and select Transaction Report from the left hand side submenu. After setting the report filters click generate to view your transactions history and updated status.

Withdrawing money from your account

How do I withdraw money from my account?

Log in to the service and click the Cashier tab located at the bottom left corner of the screen. Click the Withdraw tab on the top menu. Enter the withdrawal amount and click Submit. The amount withdrawn will be processed as follows:
i. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to pay, part or all, of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a debit card or virtual payment account first.
ii. On your first withdrawal request via any means you will be required to provide documents validating your identity. This includes a valid legal ID card containing a picture (driver's license, passport, etc) and a recent utility bill showing your address of residence.
iii. Once validated, your request will be processed. The time may vary depending on the withdrawal method.

Upon completion of your request, we will email you a receipt containing a confirmation number, detailed information of the amount withdrawn and how it is being sent to you. Please keep this receipt for your records.

Are there any restrictions before I can withdraw?

No, there are no restrictions. But if you have received complimentary or bonus money into your account, you must comply with any bonus restriction of the offer and/ or the BabyBoomer-Trivia sites' terms and conditions. If you have not met these restrictions, you will not be able to withdraw any amount until you comply with the bonus restrictions.

Can I modify or cancel my withdrawal after I make it?

Depending on the status of your withdrawal, you may or may not be able to modify or cancel a withdrawal before it is actually approved or sent out. You may check this by accessing the Cashier and producing a transaction report for the past month. All recent withdrawal requests show the withdrawal status. Withdrawals pending can be cancelled by clicking the Reverse button available under Action. Clicking Reverse terminates the withdrawal process, reinstating the withdrawal amount back into your account.

Where are my withdrawals?

To review a status update on your withdrawals, please log in to BabyBoomer-Trivia click on the Cashier tab, then Reports and generate a report dated from the time of withdrawal.
