I can’t log in. What should I do?
When you first sign up we would have sent you an email confirming your username. Please verify your username and request a password reminder if you have forgotten your password.
If you are using the correct username and password, make sure you’re properly logged out and refresh the registration page (F5). If you have forgotten your password, request a reminder by clicking Forgot password. If you are still having difficulty please contact our customer services team.

The software won’t load. How do I start playing?
The BabyBoomer-Trivia website uses Flash technology and may take a short time to load. The site may also take longer to load at periods of high demand. Try again or check here to see if you have the latest version of Flash. If this persists please contact our support desk.

The service has loaded but I cannot get into the game to play.
If you are trying to access BabyBoomer-Trivia from work, your employers may have set up a firewall which prevents you from accessing the games. If you have a firewall at home, check your settings.
Your internet browser privacy and security settings might be too strict, try resetting it to default.
If you played before and don’t see anything within the application or if you join a game and never got into the Waiting Room or Game Room than you’re probably experiencing connectivity failure. Try to refresh the page (F5) or if this doesn’t work, close the application and start it again.

When this happens please log out and back in again. If this persists please contact our support desk. We will check our game systems and, where a valid problem has occurred, accounts will be credited.

I selected the correct answer but the system said I was wrong!
To dispute a question’s integrity or accuracy please contact Customer Support via e-mail.
Be sure to provide as many details as you can, such as date and time, Lobby, Category and the wording
of both the question and the answer. The Game History report in the ProVault Cashier provides detailed
game information including questions answered, so use it to trace back the game and question disputed.
Our content department will investigate your complaint and reply to you in detail. If your dispute
is verified, your account will be credited.
